Job Description:
My Gym is currently hiring a Assistant instructor who can assist the Lead Instructor in leading classes. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for helping meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales.There is a lot of room to grow at My Gym. Before you know it, you’ll be training new teachers! You will also be required to help with cleaning the gym equipment and the facility and other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Position Requirements:
- A positive, outgoing and cheerful attitude
- Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with children
- Background in fitness (child development, athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
- Clean background check
Compensation:
- A competitive hourly rate based on experience
- A flexible workload based on availability
- The opportunity to accrue more hours based on job performance and interest (more hours = bigger paycheck)
