The Martial Arts Academy is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and dedicated individuals with good communication skills and a genuine love of children. Our program requires instructors to be Martial Arts ranked Black Belts with over 2 years training experience.
We will train you to teach fun, structured classes that help students learn and grow through our tried and true curriculum. All Martial Arts instructors we hire must follow all of our protocols for teaching, student promotions, and all aspects of assisting and leading classes. We provide plenty of training materials for self study as well as in-person coaching.
Martial Artists with a background in Korean or Japanese style of training will be most comfortable with our style, but the right instructor can adapt. Bring your love of children, your love of Martial Arts, and your desire to learn, and we will teach you to be the best Martial Arts teacher and role model you can be.
Job Requirements:
Martial Arts ranked Black Belt with 2 years training experience
Good kicking, punching, and stretching ability
General teaching knowledge and a desire to work with young students
Willingness to learn, coachable attitude
Flexibility to work Monday -- Sunday, open to sub as needed
Reliable car
