About the Role:

Join My Gym - Chino Hills as a Trainer/Assist Trainer and inspire children to lead active, healthy lives! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who love working with kids and are passionate about fitness to help create a fun and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate engaging fitness classes for children aged 3 months - 10 years.
Provide personalized attention and encouragement to each child during activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of lesson plans and curriculum.
Maintain a safe and clean gym environment for all participants.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and families.
Help organize and participate in special events and birthday parties.

Requirements:

Experience working with children in a fitness or recreational setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Background in physical education, child development, or related field is a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and engage in physical activity.

Compensation: $16.90 - $19.00 per hour

Our curriculum grows with children and features a wide variety of activities designed to promote coordination, agility, flexibility, motor skills, and social skills. Whether it’s a toddler in a parent-participation class wiggling through a warm-up, or a school-aged Ninja kid conquering our Warped Wall, the FUN never stops!
