Responsibilities:
- Teach 50 - 60 minute active early learning classes for children ages 3 months–8 years
- Lead games, gymnastics stations, obstacle courses, and more
- Assist with weekend birthday parties
- Set up and clean the gym before and after classes/parties
- Attend paid curriculum meetings (required - Fridays 1:15–4pm)
- Support additional tasks like marketing, customer service, and inventory
Requirements:
- Experience working with young children (infants to 8 years old preferred)
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable performing in front of groups
- Must be physically active and able to move, lift, and demonstrate activities during 6-8 hour shifts
- Reliable, team-oriented, and enthusiastic
- Available for 4–5 shifts/week, including Friday afternoons and 1 weekend day
