Assistant Director – My Gym Yardley

My Gym Yardley is looking for an energetic, positive, and reliable Assistant Director to join our team. This role blends teaching, leadership, and light administrative work in a fast‑paced, fun environment focused on helping children grow through movement and play.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead high‑energy, high‑quality classes for children ages 4 months to 10 years

  • Host birthday parties, camps, and special events

  • Support daily operations, including scheduling, customer communication, and basic administrative tasks

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment

  • Assist with staff training and uphold My Gym program standards

  • Build positive relationships with families and model a friendly, upbeat attitude

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be 18 or older

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Availability on weekdays and some weekends

  • CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain before start date)

  • Experience working with young children is a plus, but training is provided

  • Reliable, organized, and eager to learn

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
