My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is looking for energetic, positive individuals to join our team as Kids Gym Instructors / Activity Leaders. This role is active, fun, and meaningful — you help children build confidence, strength, and social skills through structured play and fitness.
Responsibilities
- Teach children’s fitness classes, preschool programs, and parent/child classes
- Lead activities, songs, games, and movement routines
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and caregivers
- Host birthday parties and special events (tips included!)
- Ensure a clean, safe, healthy environment
- Support daily operations and work collaboratively with the team
What We’re Looking For
- High-energy, friendly, and comfortable engaging with kids
- Reliable communicator with strong teamwork skills
- Confident performing, speaking, or leading in front of groups
- Ability to work 25+ hours per week, including weekends
- Comfortable with cleaning and maintaining safety standards
- Experience in sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, theatre, or early childhood education is a big plus
