Job Summary:
The Assistant Studio Lead plays a vital role in supporting the Studio Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the Noah's Art location. You will ensure the highest quality of service for both children and their families while fostering a positive and engaging environment. This leadership position requires a balance of business management, team leadership, and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for childhood development and a commitment to growing our community of families.

Responsibilities: 
  • Daily Operations: Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the center, including staff training and effective communication with parents. Teaching the highest quality classes and training new staff to be excellent teachers. 
  • Family Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to boost enrollment and
    retain current families
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children,
    families, and staff at all times
Qualifications: 
  • Childcare Experience: Proven experience working with young children in an organized play setting
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership or management experience, with the ability
    to motivate and guide a team
  • Team-Oriented: Strong willingness to collaborate and contribute as a dedicated team
    player
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with staff,
    parents, and guests
  • Endurance: Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) while fulfilling job

Noah's Art has kept creativity alive in our communities for 20 years now!  This locally owned and operated business has become a staple for Charlotte families wanting their kids to experience the creative visual arts as well as improve their fine motor skills. We provide, classes, camps, birthdays, and more for ages 14months-10 years of age. We pride ourself in broadening imaginations and expanded art skills for children.
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
