Job Opportunity:
We have a need for high energy, hyper organized, passionate Sales Manager to lead the sales develop arm of our current and future locations. As the Sales Manager, you will responsible for providing daily sales from leads across our locations. As the lead of our sales function, you will execute across our lead generation/marketing strategies to drive sales growth across our locations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound phone calls on inbound leads
- Manage and oversee our sales targets and budget
- Train existing employees on the latest sales tactics
- Help optimize class schedules based on demand in the market
- Timely response and follow through with all owner and director requests and client / lead requests
- Ensure that all customer onboarding is followed correctly such as trial registration, customer registration and delinquent account follow ups
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns
- Coordinate and attend lead generating events to help generate awareness for My Gym Long Island

- A positive, coachable attitude: There are no egos at My Gym.
- Ambition: There is a lot of room to grow at My Gym. Before you know it, you’ll be training new teachers!
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (at least 1 weekend day per week)
- Clean background check
Ideal Experience:
- Outbound phone sales experience: 2+ years
- Customer service: 2+ years
Compensation: base + uncapped commission; health benefits available
