Your Role:
As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll ensure our vendors are paid accurately and on time. Your work will help keep our financial operations smooth so we can keep spreading good vibes!
What You’ll Do:
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions
- Verify and reconcile invoices and statements
- Maintain accurate records and control reports
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth financial operations
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Contribute to a fun and positive finance team
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for numbers and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Google Workspace
- Bonus points if you have previously worked with Gravity accounting software!
- A good sense of humor and a love for fun!

- Abbott's Frozen Custard is a family owned, frozen dessert pioneer that has been in existence since 1902. We are proud to operate 2 franchises in Arlington and Lexington.
- The Newport Venture is an investment firm that acquires and manages commercial and residential real estate throughout Newport, Rhode Island.
