Full-time and part-time positions available - we're looking for someone available weekday mornings (shift is 8:30am-1:45pm) and 1 weekend day (this shift can be morning or afternoon)
 
About the Company:
My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is a 700+ locations strong international corporation offering the BEST recreational fitness and gymnastics programs and blowout birthday parties for children ages 4 months to 8 years of age. Job Description:  
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children and can be silly, fun, and outgoing. It’s also important that you be a “people person” as interacting with parents and their children is a primary role of our team members.  You will be leading classes, parties, camps, and events.  Additional duties include light admin work, day-to-day cleaning of equipment and toys, and general customer service.
 
Position Requirements:  
  • Ability to work 15-25 hours per week, including weekends
  • Experience with dance, gymnastics, theater, or athletics is a must since this job involves showing the kids the skills we're working on. You don't need to be a professional, but get ready to do some front rolls!
  • Ability to attend our weekly meeting and training on Mondays from 12:00-4:00pm
  • Experience with teaching children is a huge PLUS! But, not required - prior experience babysitting or other childcare experience is helpful too.
  • Highly energetic - you'll be "on stage" while teaching to make sure every class is the most fun for everyone. 
  • Willingness to clean (cleaning is a huge part of what we do - it's how we keep each other and our kids safe & healthy)
  • Clean background check, of course.
Compensation:
Training pay Starts at $16 per hour - Once you're fully trained you will receive a raise immediately based on experience. Average trained team member earns $17-$18 per hour, plus tips when you work birthday parties. Tips for leading parties are usually between $10-50 per party.

Compensación: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
