- Ability to provide excellent customer service to accommodate client needs
- Meet all new members, establish yourself as a fitness professional that can help them with their goals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to work with their clients
- Excellent knowledge of how to use gym equipment properly and train clients accordingly
- Work the floor helping members

Requirements and Core Competencies:
- Certified Personal Trainer NSCA, NASM, AFAA, ACE or ACSM (Required)
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive, friendly and outgoing approach
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
